The Green Party is not as strict as other political parties in their views on immigration. Their belief is that all immigrants should be given the opportunity to become citizens instead of immediate deportation. They wish to abolish blame on immigrants for social issues, and the party believes in non-discriminatory evaluation of all potential immigrants.

2. EducationIn terms of college education, the Green Party is supportive to equal access to higher education. They believe in increasing financial aid to students, and they also believe in making student loans available to all students. The Green Party also supports the idea of forgiving student loans if the graduate is doing public service jobs.

Being the fundamental basis and the namesake of the party, the Green Party's stance on environment is strong, to say the least. Included in their list of environmental beliefs are: equal conditions for all incomes, animal rights, sustainable energy sources, proper treatment of waste, and taxation on industrial pollution.
While the list of their environmental stances could go on and on, to say that the party is supportive of maintaining the natural environment would be stating the obvious.

4. Drug Legalization
The Green Party is for the legalization of certain drugs. They are supportive of the legalization of Marijuana. The party believes that efforts put into the War on Drugs should instead be focused towards treatment and other alternative sentencing for drug patients like rehabilitation.

The Green Party is supportive of taxing wealthy corporations in favor of individuals. They are against the idea of flat tax rates, instead favoring progressive taxing whether it be for people or companies. They believe in taxing companies to reduce taxes for the common people, and they argue that further tax cuts can be made on top of that by limiting government spending.
